Arleene Oconitrillo comes to Corton from several of Manhattan’s finest restaurants. After receiving a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University, she worked in the front of the house at Terrance Brennan’s Picholine. In 2004, she joined the opening team at Thomas Keller’s Per Se. Next came Gilt, where she was offered an opportunity as a captain. In 2006 Arleene moved to Eleven Madison Park, and soon became Assistant Service Director.
